I've
enjoyed woodworking for as long as I can
remember. In 2005, I finally built the
workshop I've always dreamed about, and began by
making a few sets of outdoor chairs for our
patio and deck. Before too long, my wife said,
"We are up to our ears in chairs! You've got
to sell some."
So I did, and now I'd love to make a set for
you. Just let us know what you want, and we'll
get started right away.
We start the process with locally grown Cypress, which we have rough sawn at a small
mill just north of Ripley. Then we plane the
lumber down to 15/16 inch stock, and make it
into your furniture. Our whole family gets
involved in the process, and we all enjoy our
part. We hand work each piece, and do our best
to make sure each item is as good as we can make
it. During busy season (March thru October) the
furniture sells faster than we make it, so we'll
get started on yours as quick as possible. Allow
3-6 weeks. We'll beat it if we can, depending on
schedules at our "day jobs."
